We have begun a taper on the lifts in preparations for testing at the end of the week. I would prefer you test at the in house comp on Saturday but if you can't test on Monday. If you test on Monday use the weightlifting meet format. 3 Attempts to establish as heavy as possible Snatch then 3 attempts to establish the heaviest clean and jerk. These are a strict 3 attempt,s no mulligans. Hold yourself to weightlifting standards on lifts if you test on Monday. That means no press outs. This is a great opportunity to establish your total(Snatch + C&J).

Think about what weight you want to open with. You only get three attempts at each lift. It's best to pick a weight that you are confident you can get. You cannot go down in weight if you miss your opener.
