3-12-13
Remember we have began the taper for testing this weekend or on Monday. These weights are light enough that there should be no misses or press outs. Hit your percentages and be done.

Clean & Jerk
2 x 2 @ 70%
2 x 1 @ 75%
1 x 1 @ 80%

WOD: "Bear Complex" 15min AMRAP
1 Power clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push press
1 Back squat
1 Push press

-Complete 7 times without taking hands off of the bar or resting bar on the ground. You may take hands off of bar after you complete the complex 7 times. You may not take weight off of the bar, you can add weight.
