We only have 3 more weeks left on this cycle. Then we will test, take a de-load week and begin the next cycle. The end of the cycle will culminate with a inter-gym weightlifting meet tentatively planned for the 15th of June.
The next cycle will focus more on what I like to call "beach season"while still making strides towards setting new PR's.
