Work up to a heavy single

Snatch Complex
3 x 3 @ Snatch 1RM
Snatch deadlift to knees hold for 3 sec, to hi- hang (no stop), to knees hold for 3 sec, set the bar down do not drop the bar. Repeat for 3 x 3
