The first SFP PBR and PR's was a success. I guess I should get a general consensus before I declare it an over whelming success, I can only speak for myself but I had a great time. I believe almost every single person set a PR in at least one exercise.
Oh and my forearms are really sore, there was a little side effect with all that heavy weight flying around. The side effect was a little friendly competitive spirit in the air. A little friendly competitive spirit is awesome. It pushes you to do more weight to try to new things. Personally I know I might never be able to out Jerk(HaHa) Skuke and his massive shoulders but trying pushed me to complete a weight originally I didn't think I could do.
Competitive spirt is the one thing that makes CrossFit so successful. Working out with a group of people trying to go faster then the next person increases the intensity and increased intensity gives you results and results make you happy. It's a very simple equation and in the end it's all fun and it makes you better. I CAN'T WAIT to do it again.
