If you're coming to SFP PBR and PR's on Saturday I would recommend not doing today's lifts. If aren't coming on Saturday here's some extra work to do after the daily WOD.

Daily WOD is done first

Snatch High Pull
4 x 4 @ 70%

Snatch deadlift
5 x 5 @ 115%

Restoration: 3 rounds
8  Face pull w/ external rotation
10 GHD sit ups
8 Back extensions



                            It's BYOS(Bring Your Own Singlet) on Saturday.
