Week 4 Day 1

Front Squat + Back Squat
5-5-5-5-5

Do a set of 5 front Squats then immediately switch to a back squat and do 5 reps. Work your way up 5 reps at a time.


5 - 3minute rounds
10 Pistol
10 Burpee
-time remaining Hand Stand Walk in 6ft increments
