Snatch 
4 x 2 @ 85% of 1RM

5 x Close to ME(90% effort) UB C2B Pull ups or Ring MU whatever you did last week for the test  
- rest at least 3min between sets 
the goal is to get as many pull ups/MU as you in those sets
