Back Squat 
6 x 4 @ 80%

4 rounds - 2min rest between rounds 
6 Chin up + 6 Supinated barbell row w/ 5 sec decent

Front Squat* 135/95
Pull ups 
* every 5 front squat to 5 hang power clean
