Take it from the floor- 
1 & 1/4 Front Squat 
Work up to a heavy double - not max

Super set x 4 
8 Supine Barbell row (moderately heavy)
5 Single arm ring row on each arm
-rest 2min between sets 


WOD: 14min AMRAP
3 Strict L-Pull ups 
6 KB Snatch 55/35

9 Burpee Box jump overs 24/20
