SFP Camp
I want to find a time where we can all get to together and go over some technique issues and questions that I see and hear often. I know it might be hard to get everyone together but we can find a time where most of us can show up. I only ever get 10min or so to talk with some of you. Also there's the added benefit of throwing around some heavy weight with other like minded people while wearing singlets. So throw out some times to meet up and the most people we can get together at one time will be the "camp" time.

Saturdays before or after class may be a good time for SFP camp. The only Saturday that I know that I would not be able to do is Mar 16.
ReplyDeletePBR and PRs. I'm in. My schedule is pretty flexible.
ReplyDeleteSaturdays look good. I'm also game for an extended Tuesday or Thursday.
ReplyDeleteI think we should in act Mike's suggestion, PBR and PR's. Saturday's are good, So maybe we have it after a Saturday class and then I would suggest avoiding the 1030am WOD so not to affect your weightlifting. My other suggestion would be a Friday evening, but I would hate for PBR and PR's to encroach upon anyone's binge drinking and debauchery time.
ReplyDeleteI could probably make a Friday evening work. I've had my 1 binge drinking night for this year so I'm good for a while.
