Watch this video. There are very good single frame shots of key positions of the snatch. First pull, second pull and catch. Notice the position of the bar in relation to his body. There's a lot I can say with this clip but I will leave it to you to watch and summarize.


                              Great visual on the path the bar takes.  The lifter is only 13 years old.
