Day one

Ok, now that you're reading this don't expect to every again receive a text with the work out on it. If you want the work out you come to this site and get it from here. I understand that their might be some questions about exercises,weights and technique(directed toward LT) but fear not I will explain everything as best as I know how to. If you still have questions post them below because maybe someone else has the same question. I will set some common ground rules about this program or better yet some do's and don'ts. First thing is record everything. You are my experiment or more appropriately my Guinea Pigs and I need your data. Without your data I can't improve upon the program which means write your weights down for every work out and exercise. This written recording should also includes what work outs (Especially WOD'S) you did on top the exercises listed on the site. I.E. you did "Cindy" on Wednesday after you snatched and back squatted. So here's a visually explanation of the  Eccentric Glute Ham raises. He does them a little fast. I suggest using a broom stick to catch yourself on the bottom if you're using a GHD. To get yourself back to the top position push off the stick but still use your legs to pull back to the top.
