I have a few questions regarding this one. I assume your timing each one of your 10 yard starts. Stair broad jumps, from what I saw online these are vertical jumps with women typically jumping 3 steps and men 4 steps at a time. Is this correct? 5-10-5 drill x4 is this pertaining to 4 rounds of seated box jumps, 10yd starts, 5 stair broad jumps or does that pertain to the agility ladder?
The seated box jumps are 5 sets of one. You don't have to time the 10yard starts. The stair broad jumps aren't dependent on sex, jump as far as possible. 5-10-5 is a shuttle run where you run 5 yards then 10 yards and then 5 yards . Agility ladder move lateral and vertically by putting two feet in the box then two feet out of te box repeat this 5 times.
