SKill: Chipper-not for time
10 Rope climb - do as many leg less as possible
150 Step up 20in (75 on each leg)
Accumulate 3min in Hand stand hold against wall w/ a ball between your feet and the wall

Odd min - 40 sec wall sit 
Even min - 2 Rope Climb (leg less if possible)

WOD: 15min AMRAP
5 DB or KB Snatch + Overhead DB or KB lunge(5 on each side)*

*Must alternate sides
