2 Snatch Deadlift w/5 sec decent + Snatch 
work up to a heavy single 
1 @ 80% of HS EMOTM for 6min

5 Rounds 
2 Ring Pull ups* + 4 Chin ups(C2B if possbile)
Do the ring pull ups and move right over to rig and do chin ups, rest 2min between rounds 

Back Squat 
3 x 5 @ 82% of 5RM

S/S
Set a new 5RM back squat

75 pound Power snatch
Box jump, 24" box
75 pound Thruster
Chest to bar Pull-ups
