It was raining PR's yesterday on the Lift Heavy Look Sexy cycle. I do believe every single person PR'd on something and most people PR'd on both the power snatch and OHS. This just goes to shows what spending that extra 45min 3 times a week will do for your lifts. Now this isn't the end of the cycle but it's about the half way point. I wanted to throw a mark out there to see how the progress is coming and needless to say I'm happy.
