3 Archer Push ups on rings 
6 Banded green rings Strict MU
8 GHD sit up 

S/S 
Running Drills 
"Lean"
Jog in place w/partners hands on chest with a five degree lean into your partners hand. Partner slowly moving back ward with runner still leaning into partners hand. After 15ft partner release the runner with runner continuing to run and lean for another 30FT, holding onto that lean and pulling feet under butt.

WOD:  
6 x 600m 
w/ 1:1 work to rest ratio 
-score is average split time
