Hand Stand walk practice: Chipper style
Accumulate 1 min in hand stand hold- if possible not against wall  
30 Hollow rocks 
30 Shoulder touches

Coach led - jerk progression
1) PVC pipe between legs(no weight) dip-drive recover one foot at a time. 
2) PVC pipe in rack position, dip-drive recover one foot at a time. 
3)Barbell in rack position, dip-drive recover one foot at a time 
4) Add a little weight, dip-drive recover one foot at a time
