Week 3 Day 1

Snatch 
3 x 3 @ 75% of 1RM

5 x Close to ME(90% effort) Strict Pull ups or Strict Ring MU(if you can't strict MU do Strict Ring Pull ups) whatever you did last week for the test  
- rest at least 3min between sets 
the goal is to get as many pull ups/MU as you in those sets
